MEET THE TEAM

Sarah was born and raised in Carmel Valley and established her roots in local construction and property management at an early age.  She grew up swinging a hammer alongside her father, a General Contractor, and has been involved in the family business at San Carlos Agency, Inc. since childhood (her mother has been the Accounting Manager for just shy of 30 years). Sarah attended local public schools, graduating from Carmel High School in 2008. Motivated by her interest in human behavior and the psychology of business, Sarah earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Sociology from UC Santa Cruz. In tandem with earning her degree, she embarked on a 12 year career in fine retail where she developed and cultivated her strong business management and sales skills. Through this endeavor, she broadened the reach of her clientele by capturing clients across the globe and grew the company’s book of business.  Sarah made the career transition to San Carlos Agency, INC. in 2020, where she currently is focused on representing sellers, buyers, and owners in Carmel, Carmel Valley, and Carmel Highlands. By combining her area-specific experience with her knowledge of home construction, she is able to assist buyers and sellers of real estate on the Monterey Peninsula by working in a hybrid position in sales and property management.
