MEET THE TEAM

James Pfeiffer grew up on the Monterey Peninsula and graduated from Stevenson High School. After receiving a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and a Master's degree in the same field from the University of Maryland, James began a 20 year career as a naval aviator flying the FA-18 Super Hornet. He retired from the Navy in 2013 and joined San Carlos Agency, Inc. He is married to Lori Britton Pfeiffer (sister of Jack Britton), who also works at San Carlos Agency, Inc. and together they are raising their two children and Yellow Labrador in Carmel Valley.
