MEET THE TEAM

Thom grew up on a ranch in the Central Valley of California and developed a strong work ethic and can-do attitude from an early age through his experience learning the value of hard work.  Earning his Bachelor’s Degree from CSU Chico, Thom studied Business Marketing and put his educational background to good use by working as an outside sales representative in the Bay Area.  After a major move to New York City in 2015, he spent 4 years growing an artisanal brewery into a successful business – starting in sales, and progressing to earn a position as General Manager.  In 2019 Thom and his wife relocated back to California and decided to settle down on the Monterey Peninsula, a spot his wife visited often as a young adult as she is native to the area.  Upon purchasing a vintage home in Pacific Grove and remodeling the entire structure from the ground up, Thom put his skills to the test and acquired a position with San Carlos Agency as our on-staff Maintenance/operations Coordinator in 2020. His mastery of the due diligence process through his hands-on experience with carpentry and construction combined with his lengthy background in sales and marketing will serve him well in his future endeavors.  A lover of all coastal activities the area has to offer, Thom is enamored with the Monterey Peninsula and feels proud to call it home.  You can find Thom in the water any night of the week – he’s great at balancing work and play.
