As your property manager for your vacation rental, we provide the following
services:

We help you with the initial preparation of your home for vacation rentals:
cleaning, labeling linens, recommending supplies and how to set up the home to
maximize marketability of your home. We will discuss and recommend market
rental rates and make recommendations on such things as telephone services, how
to handle utility costs, etc.
- When your home is ready for occupancy, we will
begin a marketing campaign: producing a written description of your home and
taking digital photos to be available for viewing at our office as well as on
our web page. Your home is marketed by our trained vacation rental agents,
matching appropriate clients to your home.

San Carlos Agency locates and screens tenants, issues contracts, collects
deposits, rents, checks tenant in, handles all aspects of accommodating
tenants, checks tenants out, arranges cleaning, and settling of tenants
security deposit.

Owners are provided with monthly statements and rental income checks.

San Carlos Agency charges 20% commission on all rentals placed in the home.
There is no set up fee.
